REEO has drawn upon the personal experience of its founders, community college administrators, community college faculty, university professors and business professionals to create an innovative three-step program (the “REEO Program”) to meet the needs of community college students. The REEO Program is designed to assist in the development of community college students at each stage of their professional and academic careers. The culture of the REEO Program facilitates a family atmosphere that promotes learning through high-touch programs that are complementary to the services provided at community colleges and universities.

REEO is very proud of all the Rising Stars' accomplishments. 100% of Rising Stars who have completed the program have transferred to a four-year university. In 2010, three Rising Stars were chosen to participate in an all expense paid Public Policy and Leadership Conference at Harvard (only 34 students in the entire U.S. were chosen to participate).
