REEO encourages all sophomores from parterning community colleges to apply for admission to the Rising Stars Program. The admissions process for the Rising Stars Program is extremely competitive due to the limited number of spots available in the program.

The Rising Stars Program offers community college students a number of exclusive benefits, including transfer assistance, professional development, networking, scholarships and leadership development. Rising Stars have been selected to participate at special conferences from an all expense paid conference at Harvard University to Magic Johnson's Leadership Conference. Rising Stars also have an opportunity to compete for internships with leading firms.
