Scott Stimpfel is a co-founder of REEO and sits on REEO's Executive Board. He attended Pasadena City College, Glendale Community College and East Los Angeles Community College prior to transferring to the University of Southern California. He graduated from the University of Southern California (summa cum laude) with a B.S. in Business Administration.

REEO's Advisory Board consists of distinguished professionals from various sectors including academia, business and non-profit.

REEO was founded by three students who, without the academic preparation by community colleges and generous scholarship assistance, would not have been able to successfully transfer to a four-year university and earn a college degree.
